MARI MAIN MASAK MASAK!!!



Bile dah selalu sangat sibuk smpai tak sempat upload dlm blog..HAAAA!!Amik ko!Aku arini update sekali pukal..Heheheh,cam kat pasar borong ler plak!pepehal..sesama yg nak resepi..silalah tgglkn komen2 anda..ngeh ngeh ngeh.




RESEPIKU YG PERTAMA 1:

EASY PITZY SPAGETTI...(BOLOGNESE PUNYER!betul ker aku eja?!)



ni ler aku pakai bantai jer..aku msukkan spagetti dgn macaroni aku siap dlm pressure cooker aku ni.bun minyak msk sikit n garam siap2..






aku tekan kat high pressure cooker.tutup dgn lid dia then set dlm 15 minit..






La ni plak nk buat sos dia...

bawang putih campur bwng beso sikit,aku blende pastu aku tumis...




agak - agak dh naik bau,aku msukkan daging cincang...pastu aku msukkn mixed herb (theyme,basil.oregano.ade jual kat tesco)






pastu..last sekali..aku msukkn tomato dlm tin..tggu reneh jap.sebatikn garam n gule..

RESEPI YG KEDUA: APPLE CRUMBLE..(PAKAI BALUN JER BUAT!)


ni rupenyer sebelum dipotong..








bila dh terbalikkan n potong...aikk?!tggl dua jer?!hehee..aku dgn laki aku dh bwk er...sedap oo..nk2 mkn dgn ice cream vanila!yum yum yum!








BAHAN - BAHAN:
INTI EPAL:
  1. 4 BJII EPAL SEDERHANA BESO (NENEK SMITH AKA GRANNY SMITH)
  2. 100 GRAM GULE PERANG (BUKAN GULE MERAH ARR..INI BROWN SUGAR)
  3. 1/2 CAWAN GULA PASIR (NAK MANIS BOLEH LEBIHKN SEBAB APPLE NI MASAM TAU!)
  4. 1 CAMCA TEH SERBUK KAYU MANIS
  5. SECUBIT GARAM
  6. 50 GRAM BUTTER OR MARGARINE
  7. 100 GRAM TEPUNG KASTAD


untuk crumble dia:
  1. 15 - 20 keping digestive biskut (klu beskut marrie dlm sebungkus tu n bubuh marjerin dlm 200 gram)
  2. 100 gram butter / margarine
  3. 1/2 biji telur size c (klu guna marjerin,pakai 1 biji)
  4. 1 camca teh essen vanila
  5. almond cincang (ikut suke bape banayk mahu letak!)
Cara - caranyer:
  • epal buang kulit n potong dadu.
  • panaskn kuali or periuk kecil dgn butter
  • msukkn epal,gula perang,gula,serbuk kayu manis garan dan tepung kastad
  • masak sehingga likat dan ketepikan sehingga sejuk
  • dalm bekas beso,hancurkan biskut dan campurkan sekali kacang almond tu (klu atkde almond pun takper) serta mentega tadi.
  • ramas - ramas campuran sehingga kental
  • pukul telur sedikit kembang (letakkn essen vanila dlmnyer)dan masukkan dalam adunan biskut tadi
  • dlm tin pembakar 4 segi sama(yg dibalut dgn alminium foil),tekankan biskut tadi pada bahagian bawah.tekan sehingga mampat
  • isikan inti epal dan tutup bahagias init tadi dgn baki adunan biskut tadi
  • tekan sehingga padat dan tertutup
  • bakar pada suhu 180 degree celcius selama 25 minit (untuk lekatkn adunan telur dan biskut tadi)
  • setelah sejuk,simpan dlm peti sejuk selama 30 minit (mengeraskn sedikit bahagian yg lembab)
  • boleh siap dipotong
