Puding Roti


BAHAN - BAHAN

1. Sebuku kecil roti
2. 2 biji telur size A
3.250ml susu manis (setengah tin kecil susu bancuh dgn air gule dari buah peach)
4. 1 tin buah peach
5. 4 biji pisang sederhana besar (potong ikut suka)
6. 1 cawan tepung kastad



Cara - cara:

1. koyakkan roti dan susun dalam dulang atau loyang pembakar selang seli dengan buah peach dan pisang.
2.pukul telur hingga kembang dan masukkan susu,baki air gula dari tin buah peach tadi,dan tepung kastad.
3.pukul hingga sebati dan tuang keatas susunan roti tadi.
4.Biarkan sehingga meresap kesemuanya.
5.Sementara itu,panaskan oven selama 5 minit dengan suhu 180 degree celcius.
6.Bakar puding tersebut pada suhu 200 degree celcius selama 35 minit atau sehingga masak.
7.Setelah sejuk atau sedang panas,sapukan diatasnya dengan jem kesukaan anda.
