Easy To Make Chocolate Muffin

bahan:
250 gram margarine
1 cup choco powder
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup fresh milk (xnak pun takper!!)
4 big size eggs
2 1/2 cup self rising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 tablespoon essence vanilla or vanilla food flavor



cara - cara :

melt the margarine together with sugar ,choco powder and milk.
let it cool a bit then combine the batter with flour,baking powder,soda bicarbonate, eggs and vanilla.
spoon into the muffin tray or cupcake baking sheet.
bake into oven about 180 degree Celsius for 50 minutes.
