Kek Gula Hangus/Kek SArang Semut?!!

salam.. resepi ni copy n paste dari blog Koleksi Resepi Pilihan Diana resepi asal dari Puan Halimah.. yg aku buat rupa diatas... gmbo dari blog kak diana tu rupe lubang - lubang kat kek dia.. yg pasti mmg resepi ni confirm menjadi klu korang follow betul - betul step by stepnya.. Bahan untuk gula hangus 1 cawan gula 1 cawan air panas 2 sudu besar mentega * Gula digoreng dgn api sederhana besar. Bila gula dah agak cair masukkan air panas(Bab ni kena hati2 sikit tau! Nanti dia meletop letop. Apa pun tutup api & cepat2 masukkan air panas tadi sambil standby pegang penutup kuali... Lepas tu masukkan mentega kacau sampai mentega tu cair. Ketepikan. Bahan untuk kek 4 biji telor 1 cawan susu pekat 1 cawan tepung gandum 2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat 1 sudu kecil esen vanila Cara-caranya Pukul telor sampai kembang & pekat. Masukkan susuu pekat - Mixer hingga rata. Masukkan tepung & soda bikarbonat yg diayak terdahulu. Tuang kan esen vanilla. Last kekali, masukkan gula hangus tadi. Perap adunan ini selama 3 hingga 4 jam (Bertutup) Untuk mendapatkan sarang yang cantik. Dibakar selama 60 mnt suhu oven 160 api bawah sahaja. Balance terakhir 11 minit tu pulak api atas dan bawah. kalau nak tengok step yang lebih jelas time nak buat kek ni,korang boleh klik kat sini: KEK GULA HANGUS PUAN HALIMAH
