Mee Hoon SUp CAmpak - CAmpak!


salam guys..
selamat hari raya aidiladha esok!!
maaf zahir batin...

today punya resepi aderlah resepi ari minggu lepas..
selepas balik kelaparan lagi dari makan kenny..
takmo banyak songeh..
mari layan.........

Bahan - bahan:

1 peket mee hoon (direndam sehingga lembut
1/2 ekor ayam 
(sebahagian dipotong dan direbus dengan 1 liter air.sebahagian lagi digoreng dan dicarik - racik)
400 gram daging (direbus dan dihiris halus - halus)
1 ikat sup bunjut
1 peket kecik rempah sup adabi
4 ulas bawang putih
4 ulas bawang merah
1 inci halia
1 peket kek ikan (potong ikut suka)
1 peket bebola ikan (potong ikut suka)
100 gram kacang tanah (digoreg garing)
sedikit daun sup (sebagai hiasan)

cara - cara:
kisar bawang putih,bawang merah dan halia bersama.
tumis sehingga naik bau dan masukkan air rebusan ayam dan daging tadi.
masukkan ayam yg telah direbus tadi,sup bunjut dan juga rempah sup adabi.
renehkan sehingga ayam empuk dan masukkan bebola dan kek ikan
sebatikan garam gula.

untuk hidangan:
rendam sebentar meehoon tadi dengan air panas selama 3 - 4 minit
sediakan di dalam mangkuk dan campurkan dengan daging hiris dan jugak isi ayam tadi,serta daung sup dan juga kacang tanah jika suka.
tuangkan kuah sup.
siap dimakan!
