Apple Strudel


salam guys..
morning..
selamat hari rabu...
resepi arini..
sangat simple laa!!
apple strudel

cume buat inti epal tu jer
tapi itu pun mudah jugak..

cara - cara buat inti epal:
4 bijik epal merah atau hijau,buang core dia dan potogn dadu
dalam kuali,panaskan butter/marjerin
masukkan epal dan 1 cawan gula perang
nak manis lagi boleh masukkan sedikit gula halus
masukkan epal dan biarkan sehingga mendidih/keperangan..
masukkan 2 sudu tepung gandum untuk bagi kuah inti tu pekat
biarkan sejuk sebelum digunakan..
*nak letak serbuk buah pala dan serbuk kayu manis pun boleh juga.tapi jangan banyak - banyak la.
suku sudu kecik jer.



cara - cara nak buat pastry plak:
mula - mula panaskan oven 180 degree cel.
pastu amik puff pastry yg korang dah nyah bekukan dan canai mengikut bentuk yang korang suka.
macam aku,aku buat empat segi tepat jer...
pastu cucuk - cucuk permukaan puff tu...
kemudian,letak inti epal yg korang dah buat tadi dan sapukan dengan kuning telur permukaan pastry tu.
lepas tu,bakar dalam oven selama 20 minit atau sehingga masak la...

#pastry ni tak macam kek,kalau keluarkan takde tenggelam/mendap - mendap...
lepas 20 minit,kuarkan dan check bahagian tepi pastry..
klu mentah/warna putih,bakar lagi 10 - 15 minit...
