NO OIL/BUTTER MINI CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE


Bahan - Bahan:

1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 sudu teh baking powder
2 biji telur
1 biji epal sederhana besar
8 sudu besar gula
1 sudu besar madu (optional,nak bagi wangi - wangi)
3/4 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan skim milk*pastikan suam (aku guna 1 cawan susu anelene perisa coklat)


Cara - cara:
Panaskan oven selama 10 minit pada suhu 180 darjah celcius
Kopek kulit epal dan potong nipis - nipis
Dalam periuk,campurkan hirisan epal tadi dengan 2 sudu besar air.
Renehkan dengan api kecil sehingga epal tadi kering dan lembut
Tepung + soda bikarbonat + baking powder + serbuk koko ayak bersama - sama.
Dalam blender/food processor,campurkan epal + gula + telur +susu,kisar sampai sebati.
Campurkan bahan basah dengan bahan kering,kacau sebati.
Sudukan dalam papercup korang (aku buh dalam yang paling besar sekali tapi cuma 2 sudu besar sahaja)
Bakar pada suhu 180 darjah celcius sehingga 15 minit.

*kek ni tak bape naik sebab tak guna tepung naik sendiri dan telur cuma 2 biji.itupun saiz sederhana.
*sesuai untuk orang yang tengah berdiet macam aku/yang ade diabetes sebab kek ni memang kurang manis.
*sos diatas kek tu adalah caramel sauce...saje nak tambah manis - manis sikit.
