Baked Macaroni Ala Lasagne

Bechamel Sauce

  • 3 tbs butter (aku guna marjerin planta)
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 125gm grated cheddar cheese (aku guna grated parmesan cheese)
  • salt, pepper


Cara Buat:(berbeza gila dari cara kak jue)
  1. panaskan susu,masukkan planta,tepung.
  2. kacau sampai cair,pastu masukkan cheese
  3. bila tak abis ketul - ketul tu,aku blender sekali dengan garam dan pepper

Meat Sauce

  • 1/2kg minced meat (ganti dengan minced chicken)
  • 1 tin tomato paste (ganti dengan 4 biji tomato beso dan blender dgn sesudu air)
  • 1/2 tin air (omitt sebab tomato blender tu dah byk air)
  • 2 biji tomato - diced (aku pakai sebijik jer)
  • 1 biji bawang besar - diced
  • 5 garlic - minced
  • salt, sugar, black pepper (aku omit gula)
  • few tbs olive oil (replace dengan planta marjerin)
  • sebijik telur

cara2
  1. Panaskan planta, masukkan garlic and bawang besar. Goreng sampai kuning.
  2. Then masukkan minced meat. Cook the minced meat sampai garing ie air from the meat kering.
  3. add diced tomato, goreng for few minutes then add tomato blender .
  4. Let it simmer for a while, then add salt, sugar and pepper. Set aside.
lepas dah siap tu...
aku susun macaroni yg dah siap direbus:
on bottom on baking casserole tu:macaroni
kat center:inti daging tadi
kat top: sos bechamel

pastu aku pecahkan telur sebijik,pukul sikit,pastu siram kat keseluruhan adunan tadi.
then bako 170 degree celcius selama 45 min.
tapi kebetulan masa tu dpt 2 bekas,aku naikkan suhu 200 degree celcius pada masa 55min
