Banana Caramel Brownies


Bahan - bahan:

2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan gula perang
1 cawan gula castor
4 biji telur
2 biji pisang rastali sederhana besar
1/4 cawan cream caramel /dulche de leche


Cara - cara:
  1. Panaskan oven 180 degree celcius 10 minit
  2. Campurkan kesemua bahan dalam food processor (kecuali dulche de leche) dan kisar sehingga sebati
  3. Tuang adunan dalam loyang 4 segi size 10 inch
  4. Tuangkan dulche de leche pada adunan (buat bentuk marble)
  5. Bakar 40 -45 minit

result: manis dan sedap kot?!
ala2 lempeng pisang tapi tebal la kot?!
sebab pilih pisang rastali?!
sebab pisang tu tak manis..
sebab ape pilih gula perang?!
sebab kurang manis juga.
tekstur brownies?!
ade certain part mmg dry mcm brownies but certain part tu mcm mcm manis sgt and moist sebab dulche de leche tu rasanya...
