Puding Roti


Bahan - bahan:
5 - 6 keping roti (korang potong 4 segi ikut suka hati korang)
2 cawan susu segar (low fat aku guna)
1 cawan susu isian sejat (ape - ape brand pun boleh)
1/2 cawan gula castor
2 biji telur
1 sudu teh essen vanila
cheesedale 2 keping
blueberry filling 
(ade jual kat kedai bahan2 kek.so,yg korang nampak likat2 cair tu bukan la kurma yer..)

Cara - cara:
Panaskan oven 180 degree celcius 15 minit
Rendamkan roti dengan 1 cawan susu segar dan juga 1/2 cawan susu isian sejat
Dalam bekas besar,pukul telur bersama dengan baki susu segar,susu sejat dan jugak gula serta essen vanila
(kalau ade rasa hanyir2 lagi kat lidah korang,tambah la essen vanila tu yer)
letakkan bluberry filling pada roti sebelum tuang adunan telur nanti
Tuangkan adunan tadi ke dalam bekas/loyang yang telah korang rendamkan roti tadi.
taburkan or koyak - koyakkan cheesedale pada permukaan adunan
Bakar pada suhu 180/190 degree celcius 45 - 55 minit atau sehingga masak.
(korang cucuk lidi kat puding tu tadi,takde becak - becak or berlendir la!!)


petua nak dpt kan puding kembang gebu - gebu gebas itu:
10 minit pertama,korang guna suhu 180 degree celcius
dan baki 35 /45 minit terakhir,korang naikkan suhu pada 190 degree celcius plak.
*perhatikan minit2 terakhir membakar klu guna cheesedale tu sbb takut hangus....
