Apple Raisin Muffin

2 cups self raising flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup castor sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Essen vanila

2 apples (cut into chunky)

1 cup raisin

3 eggs

1 cup of cooking oil

preheat oven 180 degree celcius

sift flour + bs and sb together

beat egg with both sugar until well

pour the flour and then remain ingredient

finally mix with apple and raisin then oil

bake about 30 min or until it's golden or until it's well cook.(insert the tooth pick and it's clean when pull out)

yield for 10 - 12 cupm
