Strawberry Yogurt Cheesecake

Before Cook
Base:
2 cups of almond
2 tablespoon margarine


*blend almond and combine with margarine.
*press to bottom of 6 inch removal tin cake
*chill into refrigerator for 20min or more




Batter:
500gram cream cheese ( I used Brand Tartura)
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon esen vanila
150ml strawberry yogurt
3 eggs
#fresh strawberry (optional)


*blend all ingredient and pour the batter to remaining base
*bake for 40 - 60 min at 175 - 180 degree Celsius using bath maine technique
*once cool,chill at refrigerator for another 6 - 8 hours.
