Butterscotch Orange Bread Pudding


Last Friday I made this one at home.
Since I am on leave, I spent the rest of the day with kids, Housekeeping and of course with cooking and baking.
Due to eagerness in experimental with orange, I've come out with this recipe.
It's so simple actually.
You guys might want to try it once.

1 1/2 cup milk (I'm using low fat)
10 slice butterscotch bread
1 egg
1 orange (cut and slice it as you desire)
1 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar to sprinkle on the top pudding.

Cut the bread and start layered the bread and orange alternately
Beat egg with milk and sugar and pour to the bread.
Sprinkle the brown sugar on the top
Bake in Oven for about 30min at 200 degree celcius or until it's turn golden.
(non preheat oven)
