Homemade Grill Chicken

2 kg whole chicken
3 tablespoon mixed herbs
1/2 cup salt soy sauce
1/2 cup caramel sauce
6 garlic
1 medium onion
2 cup sugar
salt

clean the chicken
blend all and rub to the chicken
marinade all over night
baked or grill each side 205 degree Celsius 45min and the other side 45min at 190 degree celcius
after baked,cover with aluminum foil to prevent juice from dripping out when it cool.
serve with your fave gravy.
